I was commissioned by NHS England to create a detailed visual that brings clarity to the redevelopment of musculoskeletal (MSK) services.

The illustration translates a complex and evolving model of care into a clear, engaging narrative, helping both staff and residents understand how services connect and where they sit within the wider journey.

Working closely with the team and drawing from a range of conversations, materials and emerging thinking, I wove multiple perspectives into a single, accessible visual. The final piece supports a more collaborative approach by making ideas visible, enabling clearer communication and more meaningful engagement around the future of MSK care.
