NHS North West London – MSK Illustration

I was invited by NHS North West London to help visualise their emerging model for Musculoskeletal (MSK) care — making a complex clinical transformation accessible to both residents and frontline staff. The team wanted to move toward a true co-production approach but struggled to clearly articulate the model beyond internal language and board presentations.

Through visual storytelling, I created an illustration that captures the ambition, the care journey and the voices of local residents — weaving public feedback directly into the narrative to support clearer communication, alignment and meaningful co-design.
